The practice

Begin and end beside the waves

Twice a day — at sunrise and at dusk — the open-sided Treescape Pavilion becomes a yoga studio with the Andaman Sea as its backdrop. Nora leads small-group sessions in Hatha, Flow, Vinyasa and Ashtanga that move with the rhythm of the tide: grounding and restorative in the morning, a little more dynamic in the late afternoon.

Classes are open to all levels. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time or carrying a regular practice from home, Nora will meet you where you are. Sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please book in advance so she can keep the group small and personal.

Classes three times a week

Sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Treescape Pavilion — set on the sand at the front of the estate. The morning class is a breath-led way to start the day; the evening session lets the weight of the afternoon dissolve before dinner.

Meet the instructor

Nora — 500h certified

Nora has been teaching yoga professionally for over four years, with a particular focus on designing and leading Flow and Vinyasa classes that are both technically grounded and genuinely accessible.

Her practice draws from two formal training certifications: a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training completed in June 2018, and a 300-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training completed in August 2022. Together they give her a vocabulary that spans the full range — from slow, meditative holds to more dynamic, breath-led sequences.
