The session

Flow, then freeze

Flow & Freeze is an hour-long session designed to leave you feeling genuinely refreshed. It opens with a focused flow yoga practice — grounding breath, deliberate movement, heat building through the body. Then comes the ice.

A seaside ice bath closes the session. The contrast — warmth from movement, then the sharp reset of cold water beside the Andaman — is what makes this particular combination so effective. Guests often describe the hour-after as the clearest part of their whole day.

Nora holds a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training (June 2018) and a 300-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training (August 2022), and brings over four years of professional teaching experience across Hatha, Flow, Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles.

About Nora

Nora is a passionate yoga teacher with over four years of professional experience designing and leading flow and vinyasa classes. Her approach is calm, precise and accessible — sessions are open to all levels, from first-timers to regular practitioners.

Qualifications

  • 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training — June 2018
  • 300-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training — August 2022
