Yes. From 26 May 2026 to 30 November 2026 we are upgrading our facilities. Work takes place during daytime hours of 10:00 to 18:00. We are building a brand-new adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a 70 sqm gym with premium Matrix equipment, a dedicated Kids Club with PS5 consoles, an Escape Café extension, and upgraded beachside shower facilities. We offer two on-site venues. Escape Café sits over the water and serves morning coffee and breakfast. Lym's Bar & Restaurant specialises in international cuisine and local seafood, with live acoustic sets and nightly fire shows.

Escape Café is open daily from 08:00 to 18:00. Lym's Bar & Restaurant offers dining and room service from 12:00 to 21:30.

Our daily breakfast buffet is served over the water at Escape Café from 07:30 to 10:00.

Yes — we offer two distinct wellness experiences. Taaya Spa provides quiet indoor treatments in a dedicated spa building, while Treescape offers open-air beach massages at the Treescape Pavilion. Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available across the resort. To connect, use the network ID Long Beach Chalet and the password LongbeacH.

Yes, we offer laundry service at approximately 80 THB per kilogram with a 24-hour turnaround.

We offer a shuttle service and can arrange airport transfers to Krabi International Airport for an additional fee of 2,500 THB. We also provide free pick-up exclusively from Saladan Pier — simply let us know your arrival time in advance. More travel logistics are covered on our Useful Information page.

Long Beach Chalet has 48 premium units across five room types:

The 15 garden units at Garden Chalets consist of Budget Garden Lofts, Standard Garden Lofts, Deluxe Garden Lofts, and Superior Garden Lofts — cosy, budget-friendly villas set in the lush tropical gardens near the main road.

The two villa types share the exact same interior layout and fittings. The difference is position: Beachfront Villas are set directly on the edge of the sand, while Deluxe Seaview Villas sit in the second row directly behind them with partial sea views.

Yes. Each Lagoon Pavilion is an independent two-storey building with a private outdoor jacuzzi bath on the balcony, overlooking the lagoon garden.

Yes — Garden Chalets has a secluded oasis garden pool exclusively within the lush garden zone. Garden Chalets guests also have full complimentary access to all Long Beach Chalet beachfront pools and facilities.

Because the Garden Loft area is approximately 300 metres from the beach and closer to the main road, there may be some traffic noise disturbance. Ear plugs are provided in all rooms.

We require a 20% deposit to confirm and lock in any reservation. This can be paid via a secure online payment link sent to your email address.

If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival date, your 20% deposit is fully refundable, minus a standard 200 THB bank transaction fee. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival, or no-shows, will result in a 100% charge of the booking terms.

Yes. The remaining 80% balance can be settled at check-in using Visa or Mastercard with a 0% card surcharge. We also accept cash (THB), Thai PromptPay, and local bank transfers.

Infants under 2 years old stay free, and a complimentary baby cot is provided. Children aged 2 to 7 stay free when sharing existing bedding, though an extra bed costs 1,000 THB per night. This policy applies to direct bookings from our website only. See our Direct Booking Perks page for the full list of advantages when booking direct.

Guests aged 8 and older are charged the adult extra bed rate of 1,000 to 1,500 THB per night (depending on room type), which includes daily breakfast. If you book directly through our official website, the extra bed is available at the special rate of 1,000 THB.

No — pets are strictly not permitted on the property.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on private balconies or terraces. Marijuana usage is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Check-in begins at 14:00. Check-out is before 12:00.

Both early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability on the day. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge. We recommend contacting us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Our beachfront reception desk is open daily from 06:00 until 23:50. For urgent matters outside these hours, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Guests of both Long Beach Chalet and Garden Chalets check in at our main reception building, which is located directly within the beachfront zone. It is a beautiful, welcoming space right on the beach.

Garden Chalets is approximately 300 to 400 metres from the beach — a short, scenic 5-minute stroll along our private, shaded canopy walking path.

Yes — complimentary internal transportation between the main road (near Garden Chalets) and the beachfront reception is available upon request.
