Your stay, at a glance
Long Beach Chalets sits directly on a premier stretch of Koh Lanta's west coast — 185 metres of private white-sand beach, 11 acres of tropical gardens, two pools and a full programme of dining, wellness and nightly shows, all within the estate.
Our oceanfront Guest Services desk is open 06:00–23:50 every day. The team can arrange tours, island transfers, motorbike or scooter hire, snorkelling gear, and anything else you need. For emergencies overnight, a contact is available around the clock.

Practical information
Pools
Two pools open daily 06:00–20:00. No lifeguard on duty — children must be supervised at all times. The beachfront pool faces the Andaman Sea; the garden lagoon pool is quieter, set among the palms.
Laundry
Laundry service available at the front desk — 80 THB per kilogram. Returned within 24 hours. Ironing is not included.
Tours & transfers
The Guest Services team arranges island day trips, snorkelling tours, longtail transfers, airport pick-ups and vehicle hire. Ask at reception or contact us on WhatsApp.
Kids
Children are welcome. Free extra bed for kids 8 and under on stays of 7 nights or more when you book direct. Tum's activity tips cover the best child-friendly adventures on the island.
