Everything you need to settle in and feel at home — from WiFi and payments to room service, laundry, and after-hours contacts.
Our resort-wide WiFi covers all rooms and common areas. Connect to the Long Beach Chalet network using the password LongbeacH (capital H at the end). If you have any trouble connecting, reception is happy to help.
Reception is open 06:00 – 23:50 daily. Outside these hours, Tum's WhatsApp is available for genuine emergencies — see below.
The pool is open from 06:00 to 20:00. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty — swim responsibly and keep children supervised at all times.
Room service is provided by Lym's Bar & Restaurant, available daily 12:00 – 21:30. Two menus are in rotation: a lunch menu (12:00 – 18:00) and a dinner menu (18:00 – 21:30). Every room is equipped with a QR code — scan it to access the mobile ordering system directly from your phone.
We want your stay to be as smooth as possible, so here is a quick guide to where cards are accepted and where you will need cash.
Reception can arrange a free shuttle to the nearest ATM at any time. Just ask at the front desk.
Drop your laundry bag at reception. Service is priced at 80 THB per kilogram and returned within 24 hours. Payment is cash only.
Secure on-site parking is available 24 hours a day with on-site security. No advance booking is needed — simply park when you arrive.
All rooms at Long Beach Chalets are strictly non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on your private balcony or terrace. Please note that cannabis use — in rooms, on balconies, and in all public areas of the resort — is strictly prohibited.
In-room voltage is 200–240 V. International plug adaptors are available in each room, so most visitors will not need to bring their own.
Every room is fitted with a personal electronic safe. Please store all valuables — passports, cash, electronics — in the safe. The resort cannot be held responsible for any missing belongings left unsecured.
