9D Breathwork is a guided breathwork journey led by Magnus — a deeply immersive session that combines conscious connected breathing with multi-layered 9D soundscapes. You lie down, close your eyes, and follow your breath as the music moves through you.
The 9D audio — delivered through headphones — weaves together binaural beats, nature sounds, and carefully composed music to amplify the breathwork experience. The result is something between deep meditation and a full release: a reset for the nervous system and a quiet reconnection with yourself.
Sessions take place on the beachfront lawn with the Andaman Sea directly in front of you. No experience is needed — just a willingness to breathe and be present.
Seasonal: Sundays, January – April · 11:00–12:30
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in before the session begins. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light layer if you run cool. Headphones are provided. Book in advance — message us on WhatsApp or ask at reception.
Find your mat on the beachfront lawn. Take off your shoes, lie down, and let the sound of the sea slow your breathing before we start.
Magnus guides you through conscious connected breathing patterns while the 9D soundscape — delivered through headphones — deepens the experience. Each session builds in waves, giving the breath space to move through the body and the mind space to let go.
Sundays, Jan–Apr · beachfront lawnThe breathing eases and you rest in stillness while the soundscape closes. A quiet integration period at the end gives the experience time to settle before you move.
The session ends at 12:30. Many guests find it pairs naturally with a slow lunch at Lym's or a quiet hour in the hammock.
